Flow is built to be calm, not creepy.

What we collect

Waitlist email (optional): If you join the waitlist, we collect the email you type in.

Basic usage events: We track simple actions (like which mood/energy/time you pick) so I can understand what’s working and improve Flow.

Service selections: If you tap services on the home screen, Flow saves that on your device so it can filter your picks next time.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your password for Netflix/Hulu/etc.

We do not see what you watch inside streaming apps.

We do not sell your personal info.

How the data is used

Your email is only used to send updates about Project Flow (and I try to keep it minimal).

Analytics are used to understand patterns like “people pick 20 min more than 60+” so Flow can get better.

Third parties

Project Flow uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure basic usage, and Google Forms for waitlist signup.

Local storage

Flow stores a few things on your device (like selected services, and recently seen picks) so it doesn’t repeat the same thing over and over.
